Dr. David Paladines-Gaibor, DMD, MS, is an esteemed prosthodontist and an integral part of Smile N Shine Family Dentistry. With expertise in prosthodontics, surgical techniques, TMJ treatment, and facial aesthetics, he is a leader in his field. Originally from Guayaquil, Ecuador, Dr. Paladines pursued his dream of becoming a doctor, immigrating to the U.S. at 17.
After graduating magna cum laude in biology with a minor in chemistry from New Jersey City University in 2014, he earned his dental degree from Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in 2018, excelling in surgical and prosthodontics training. He furthered his education at Columbia University Medical Center, earning a Master of Science and specializing in prosthodontics despite the pandemic's challenges.
A member of the Academy of Facial Aesthetics since 2021, he excels in advanced techniques. Outside dentistry, Dr. Paladines is a musician and a minister of worship, dedicating time to family, fitness, and community service.
